I went to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”) first ever San Francisco Field Office Open House last week. It was nice to get reacquainted with the staff there. Prior to 9-11, the office layout was pretty open. After that, changes were made whereby the District Adjudications Officers (“DAO’s”), supervisors, and other staff offices were placed behind a security door. It was nice to see them “out in the open” again and ready and available to talk. They are sincere about what they do and very professional. While there, I took a boatload of materials, including the new schedule of fees. I have found a link online and am posting the new fee schedule, effective November 23, 2010, here.
